Elected Members of Boards

Elected Members of Boards to serve from the AGM July 2009.  

The following was announced at the AGM.
 
Education Policy Board (one vacancy): There were three nominees and a ballot was held. Elizabeth Page BSc PhD CChem FRSC, Director, Undergraduate Studies, University of Reading, was the successful candidate.

Membership Affairs Board (one vacancy): There were no nominees and Council approved the appointment of Jeff Franks PhD CSci CChem FRSC, Analytical Chemist at Intertek MSG to fill the vacancy.

Qualifications and Professional Practice Board (one vacancy): There were no nominees and Council approved the appointment of  Peter Cooper PhD CSci CChem FRSC to fill the vacancy.

Science Policy Board (one vacancy): There was one nominee, Philip Gale BA MA DPhil CSci CChem FRSC, Professor of Chemistry, University of Southampton, and he was declared elected.
