45th IUPAC General Assembly
The 45th IUPAC General Assembly (GA) was held 31 July - 6 August 2009, in Glasgow, Scotland, concurrently with the 42nd IUPAC Congress. The GA is the occasion for meetings of the statutory bodies of the Union, specifically of the Council, Division Committees, and Standing Committees.
