Venue - SECC
The Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC) is Scotland's national venue for public events and is the UK's largest integrated exhibition and conference centre. Located on the river Clyde, just five minutes from Glasgow city centre, it has become an icon of Glasgow and a symbol of regeneration of the river.

About Glasgow
Greater Glasgow & Clyde Valley is one of Europe's most exciting and beautiful destinations, which combines the energy and sophistication of a great international city with some of Scotland's most spectacular scenery.
Glasgow provides a friendly welcome for visitors. It is Scotland's cultural capital and one of the most dynamic cities in Europe: steeped in culture, rich in history, with elegant streets, squares, parks and gardens. It is one of the UK's finest Victorian cities with magnificent architecture everywhere you look.
We are grateful to the Glasgow City Marketing Bureau and Glasgow City Council for their support for the 42nd IUPAC Congress.
