Historical, Famous Chemists and Genealogical Enquiries

Joseph Priestley (1733-1804) |
We often conduct searches for information from RSC members and the general public wishing to know more about a relative who may have been a previous member of the society. We have also done research for the media and authors wishing to find information about notable chemists.
If you have an enquiry, it may be useful to first conduct your search using the free online resources, the LIC can then continue your search using its resources. You can also search our Books and Archive Collection which contains our general, historical and image collections.
Please inform us if you have referred to any of these resources (and what information you have found) so we don't duplicate the research you have already undertaken.
