Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry

The international home of synthetic, physical and biomolecular organic chemistry.

Web focus: Biocatalysis

16 July 2009

OBC  is coordinating a web focus entitled 'Biocatalysis'. If you work and publish in this area, why not take part?

There is an ever increasing number of publications in biocatalysis and OBC  is taking the opportunity to showcase some of the best work in this area. All authors will benefit from having their work highlighted alongside similar, high-quality work.

Biocatalysis manuscripts submitted for publication in OBC  between now and 5 October 2009 can be included in the web focus.

Submission deadline: 5 October 2009

Submissions of communications or full papers should contain original, unpublished research that will make an important contribution to the field within the journal scope. All submissions will be subject to rigorous peer review to meet the usual high standards of OBC

Please note that inclusion in the web focus will not result in a delay to publication of your work. Recommended manuscripts will be published online as advance articles and in print in regular issues of the journal before being collected together online as a focus.

This high-profile collection of articles is scheduled for publication on the web early in 2010 and I encourage you to submit work for consideration soon. Manuscripts can be submitted using our ReSourCe service or by email attachment to the editorial office. When submitting your article, please indicate clearly that your contribution is for the 'biocatalysis focus'.
