Kathryn grew up in Kent before studying at The University of Nottingham. After graduating in Biochemistry and Biological Chemistry in 2003, Kathryn worked for a society publisher in London before joining the Royal Society of Chemistry as a Trainee Assistant Editor on Dalton Transactions, CrystEngComm and Photochemical & Photobiological Science in 2004. Kathryn then worked as Deputy Editor of ChemComm and Molecular BioSystems. Her role is now as Senior Publishing Editor for ChemComm and Chemical Science. In her spare time Kathryn enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking, singing and yoga.
