RSC Publishing is delighted to announce the appointment of Professor Song Gao as CrystEngComm Regional Associate Editor for China.

Professor Song Gao is the Cheung Kong Professor at Peking University.   He obtained his BSc and PhD from Peking University, in 1985 and 1991, respectively, and then was a Humbolt Research Fellow in TH Aachen, between the years 1995 and 1997.   In 1999 he was the Croucher Visiting Professor at Hong Kong University. 

His research interests include magnetic coordination polymers, single-molecule and single-chain magnets, porous organic-inorganic hybrid materials and multi-functional molecular materials.
