Launch of The Vital Ingredient


The Vital Ingredient, an RSC-IChemE report looking at chemical science and engineering priorities for sustainable food, was launched at the House of Commons on 21 January 2009. 

The event attracted approximately 200 people, including scientists from industry and academia, food retailers, trade associations, politicians, civil servants, policy makers & funders and other learned societies.
