Our one-day Chemical Hazard Awareness Training course is approved by the Royal Society of Chemistry and covers the following subjects:
• Recognising Hazmats in the Workplace
• Chemical Classes
• Common Chemical Reactions Leading to Hazardous Scenarios
• Managing Hazmat Risks in the Workplace
• Considerations when Managing Hazmat Incidents
The course was developed and is delivered by hazmat experts with decades of practical experience of dealing with hazardous substances.
We can deliver this course at your premises or offer an enhanced version of this course at our specialist facility in Cheltenham, which includes an interactive laboratory session.
The end-of-course assessment will evaluate the participants learning outcomes and all successful delegates will receive a training certificate valid for two years.
Delegates must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. We are pleased to provide additional support during the final assessment for those who may have learning difficulties, if needed.
