Introduction

The joint conference is the tenth in the series of triennial ICCS conferences and also the tenth in the series of annual GCC conferences. It will be held from 1-5 June, 2014 at the beautiful Conference Center in Noordwijkerhout, The Netherlands. The conference is jointly organized by:
