"Exploring Mechanisms in Biology: Theory and Experiment", MGMS Conference Singapore 2015

25 - 27 November 2015, Singapore, Singapore

Introduction
The MGMS conference "Exploring Mechanisms in Biology: Theory and Experiment" will take place from Wednesday 25th to Friday 27th November 2015 in Singapore. The aim of the conference is to showcase important advances in the development and application of molecular modelling, bioinformatics, and simulation at multiple time/length scales to address important problems in biology and biochemistry, as well as reflecting on the links between experimental and computational approaches.

Topics covered will include macromolecular complexes and protein engineering, protein-protein interactions, conformational change and allostery, drug design and solvation, membranes and membrane proteins, and new developments in modelling, simulation, and visualization.

There will be many opportunities for oral and poster presentations (~25 and ~100 slots, respectively). Contributions from students and postdocs are particularly welcome. A limited number of student bursaries will most likely be available.
