Curling has been an Olympic Winter sport since 1988 and is one of the few events everyone can try. Further information can be found at http://www.fentonsrink.co.uk. It is suitable for young and old, and can be played as a social or competitive sport. As England's only dedicated ice curling rink, Fenton’s offers a unique opportunity for people in the south to give curling a go.
We will meet at 1245 in the Club Lounge for lunch at 1300 before getting on the ice at 1400. The cost is £25 per person and is open to members and guests aged over 11. This price includes a hot lunch (menu TBC), 2 hours of curling with shoes, equipment and coaching
