The Workshop on Green Chemistry and Nanotechnologies in Polymer Chemistry is a yearly conference dedicated to recent developments in polymer science.
The conference combines two popular areas of current research: the green approach utilizing renewable resources and mild reaction conditions together with innovative nanotechnologies enabling to design novel polymer materials with advanced properties.
The 8th Workshop on Green Chemistry and Nanotechnologies in Polymer Chemistry organized by the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry AS CR offers a friendly environment to encourage open discussions, to exchange ideas and to initiate collaboration with other participants.
The 8th Workshop on Green Chemistry and Nanotechnologies in Polymer Chemistry, follows on the successes of earlier seven workshops held in Pardubice (Czech Republic) 2010, Riga (Latvia) 2011, Cracow (Poland) 2012, Pisa (Italy) 2013, San Sebastian (Spain) 2014, Bragança (Portugal) 2015 and San José (Costa Rica) 2016. This year the event is coming back to Czech Republic to the historical city of Prague.
