The Royal Society of Chemistry is hosting our annual meeting for chemistry ITT providers on Tuesday 19 June 2018 in Burlington House, Piccadilly, London, W1J 0BA. Registration and coffee will be from 10.45 am. The meeting will then start at 11.00 am and finish at 3.30 pm.
The meeting is a great networking opportunity for ITT providers and will be attended by training schools, SCITTS and HEIs. The meeting will be an opportunity for ITT providers to share best practice and engage in discussions on teacher recruitment and SKE courses. The meeting will also include a talk from the Department of Education and discussions on current policy issues to help ensure the Royal Society of Chemistry can represent providers’ views when engaging with policymakers.
Each year we run a survey for ITT providers in order to inform the RSC’s work in initial teacher education. Please could you take the time to complete this year’s survey. The survey will also give you the opportunity to include any proposals for presentations or discussion topics that you would like at the meeting on 19 June 2018.
