The workshop has attracted a whole host of researchers in the thermally-activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) and organic light-emitting diode (OLED) fields. Our two plenary speakers this year are Prof. Chihaya Adachi, who helped bring TADF back into focus of OLED research through his 2012 Nature paper and Prof. Christel Marian, a leader in the computational techniques required to understand intersystem and reverse intersystem crossing, key mechanisms of the TADF phenonemon.
