- A comprehensive overview of developments and the new settled status / pre settled status applications – eligibility criteria, rights associated with the status, the application process, family members.
- Common questions / difficult issues relating to the new settled status / pre settled status – e.g. right of family members to join EU nationals in the UK in future; children born in the future; future absences from the UK; unknowns.
- Brief overview of actions that members should consider now – e.g. collation of documents; managing absences; permanent residence; and citizenship.
