Welcome to the Royal Society of Chemistry Analytical Biosciences Group Early Career Researcher Meeting (ECRM 2022). This year's meeting is open to everyone, and aims to engage early career researchers in debate and discussions about all areas of analytical biosciences, and provide the opportunity to build networks with other researchers in the field.
Keynote speakers will begin each session with an exciting founding perspective and vision of a technique, followed by presentations from early career researchers. Together, this will provide an overview of current research into new technologies and applications.
We aim to give delegates a broad overview of the current state of the art for analytical techniques, with detailed examples of their applications in biosciences. As such, each contribution will aim to demonstrate the quality and value of each methodology.
Outline programme:
24th March 10am-12pm
Plenary: Spinning Out Spectroscopy: Developing the Dxcover® Cancer Liquid Biopsy - Matthew J. Baker Dxcover Ltd & University of Strathclyde
& Early Career speakers
24th March 1pm-3pm
Plenary:Benchtop NMR metabolomics for One Health - Philippe Wilson Nottingham Trent University
& Early Career speakers
25th March 10am-12pm
Plenary: Analyses of the Friendly (and not so friendly) Nematodes - Veeren Chauhan University of Nottingham
& Early Career speakers
25th March 1pm-3pm
Plenary: Role of data standardisation in its analysis and interpretation to advance analytical biosciences - Duygu Dikicioglu University College London
& Early Career speakers
