A special lecture has been organized jointly by Department of Chemistry, University of Burdwan and Royal Society of Chemistry (Eastern India Section) to pay homage to J C Bardhan and S C Sengupta and to aware the present day sudents and scholars about the struggle and difficulties faced in that time to perform the synthesis.
