In May, 130 delegates attended the Chemical Biology Symposium. The symposium is in its 7th year and the 2024 programme featured six world-class speakers, including RSC Prize winners and a Nobel Prize winner.

This is an annual meeting that showcases the state of the art in chemical biology, bringing together the wider community with leading national and international experts in the field.
This was held at Newcastle University between 13-15 September. It was aimed at early career scientists based in academia and industry covering the breadth of chemical biology who came together to share their research, network and develop skills to support them in the next stage of their careers.
