RSC Prizes 2021: nominations close on 18 January
Nominations are now open for Royal Society of Chemistry prizes 2021. Now is your chance to raise awareness of individuals and teams making a positive impact for the chemical sciences.
With this round of nominations we’re excited to introduce the first of a series of changes to our prizes programme, which we’re introducing in response to our independent review last year.
The changes will bring to the fore the importance of teams and collaborations as well as the diversity of people and contributions that are important for 21st century science. We have more exciting changes coming in 2021, too, which we will keep you informed about as they happen.
What's new?
One of the biggest changes this year is the introduction of our Horizon Prizes, highlighting the most exciting, contemporary chemical science at the cutting edge of research. These prizes are for teams or collaborations who are opening up new directions and possibilities in their field.
Nominate now
Wherever you work or whatever stage of your career you are at, there is something you can be nominated for.
What about Education Prizes?
We have changed the timing of these so that nominations open in spring – a more convenient time for those working in education. We have considerably expanded our prizes for educators – and introduced the Horizon Prize for Education – so look out for those coming soon.
