We have joined up with the Science and Innovation Network (SIN) to address LGBT+ under-representation in STEM.
With more than £600,000 in funding from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), the Royal Society of Chemistry has offered five grants to pilot research studies, bringing together STEM and the social sciences to actively study attrition and retention of LGBT+ groups in STEM. The grant projects will run up to 18 months, starting between 1 July 2023 and 1 September 2023 and ending in December 2024.
Applications for this grant scheme are now closed. Please note this grant scheme was a one-time programme and will not be repeated.
