In the published version of this manuscript, the heading of Table 1 lists the wrong units for the Standard enthalpy of formation and the Standard Gibbs energy of formation. Those quantities are in units of kJ mol^-1. The numerical values of all of the quantities in the table are correct.

The Royal Society of Chemistry apologises for these errors and any consequent inconvenience to authors and readers.
