There is an error in the fourth paragraph (the paragraph beginning ‘TiO₂ nanotube arrays, …’) of this article.

In the penultimate sentence ‘outer diameter of about 65–75 nm’ should read ‘inner diameter of about 65–90 nm’.

The full sentence should read as follows:

The as-prepared TiN nanotube arrays are about 27 μm in length (Fig. S1 in ESI†), and the hollow nanotubes have an inner diameter of about 65–90 nm from a TEM image as shown in Fig. 1d.
