Fig. 8 on page 2584 shows the results of the measurements of magnetic properties of different PSMNP samples (in all cases the matrix corresponds to FIBAN K-1) by Superconducting Quantum Interference Device (SQUID). Unfortunately the unreasonable long moment/g fibre values contain a typographical error as they should have been divided by 10⁺⁶ units, i.e. a value of 4e+6 emu/g should have been 4 emu/g and so on. However this misprint does not affect our results as the magnetic loops of all the samples clearly indicate their superparamagnetic nature.
