1) In Table 3 (entries 47), compound 8 should read 8a.
2) In Table 4 (entry 4), from 8 should read from 8a.
3) In Scheme 4, compound 8 should read 8a.
4) In the 9th paragraph, Upon treatment of 8 with..., should read Upon treatment of 8a with...
