The authors would like to bring to the attention of readers that in Table 1 of the above paper, the sixth column should read 'Yield (%)' and not 'De (%)'. Footnote b of this table should read 'Yield of main stereoisomer' instead of 'Diastereomeric excess'.
Further down on p. 2426 (right hand column, lines 38-39) the sentence should read 'The reaction times and yield of the main stereoisomer...' instead of 'The reaction times and diastereomeric excess...'.
The authors would like to apologise for these mistakes and for any inconvenience caused.
