In this article a reference was forgotten. The stability of highly concentrated emulsions (70% oil fraction) has been already studied by Goyon et al. (J. Goyon, F. Bertrand, O. Pitois, G. Ovarlez, Phys. Rev. Lett., 2010, 104, 128301), as an example of a yield stress fluid within the foam network. Moreover, it has been shown that the stability observed at rest is not ensured under shear.
