The authors regret the following error:

1) An error was present in the footnote of Table 1 (^b Molar ratio of surfactant to styrene). We had inadvertently failed to mention that [Surf.]/ [St]^b of Sample 13-18 represent weight ratio of surfactant to styrene. Therefore the correct footnote should be ^b Molar/Weight ratio (Sample 1-12/13-18) of surfactant to styrene.

2) The icon in Figure 3 was wrong. And the correct one should be:


3) Reference 58 and 60 were wrongly exchanged. The corrected reference should be:
