On page 12188, fifth paragraph, in the sentence beginning "Then, 5.0 mL of aqueous solution", the units mM should be changed to mmol, so that the sentence reads:

Then, 5.0 mL of aqueous solution containing AgNO₃ (0.01 mmol), Na₂PdCl₄ (0.09 mmol) is added into the above suspension with magnetic stirring for 30 min.

The same change has also been applied in the Electronic Supplementary Information, as well as the addition of some extra information in the Experimental Section – please see the Electronic Supplementary Information.
