Introduction

This free interactive webinar will introduce the basic principles of confocal microscopy to a broad audience of biochemists, molecular biologists and biomedical scientists. In the webinar we will discuss best practice for confocal microscopy from sample preparation through to data analysis. Common pitfalls and problems with confocal will be discussed as will optimizing instrument set up so the best data can be obtained. Finally there will be a discussion of the advanced applications which confocal microscopy can be used for.
