Introduction

Save the date to attend two AOCS programs in Shanghai, China this November. The short course will cover the chemistry of fats and oils and every step of unit operations as it relates to soybean, sunflower, corn, palm, and other tropical oils. The symposium will focus on contaminates in fats and oils, oil quality and remediation, value added minor components of cereals and oils, and oils from new crops.
