Introduction

The Medical Affairs Strategic Summit East kicks off with three master-class workshops focusing on the individual conference themes, then breaks into targeted focal points of medical affairs. Each track will have two days of in-depth presentations, panel discussions and case studies delivered by an expert speaking faculty working in essential functions of medical affairs. Topical issues such as ways to maximize internal teams, strategies for KOL engagement and metrics for successful investigator trials are only a small sample of items up for discussion. Throughout the course of the three-day summit, there will be more than six hours of designated networking time for attendees to meet with fellow life science professionals.
