The Heads of Chemistry UK (HCUK) policy group comprises the heads of 70 UK and Ireland chemistry-teaching higher education institutions. Currently chaired by Professor Tom Welton (Dean of natural Sciences at Imperial College London), the group holds two conferences a year. The next Heads of Chemistry UK Spring Conference takes place on Wednesday-Thursday 4-5 May 2016 at the University of Warwick, Coventry and will focus on how researchers in academia can build links with chemistry-related businesses. The agenda and papers will be available 1-2 weeks before the conference.
