Mentoring gives someone one to one support and helps them look more closely at themselves, their opportunities, their goals and any issues they face. In our new mentoring service exclusively available to members, we are providing trained members to mentor other members and support them in their career progression, development and growth.
Are you looking for a challenging, rewarding experience that will give you valuable, transferable skills?
Being a mentor will give you this and more. The knowledge, experience and insights you can give to a mentee are invaluable, and their successes can give you considerable personal satisfaction.
