Introduction
The mission of BMSS annual meeting is to encourage participation in all aspects of mass spectrometry and provide a forum for the exchange of views and information. This year's meeting revists the popular south coast venue of Eastbourne. The varied programme includes the three plenary lecturers: Professor Renato Zenobi (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology), Professor Alison Ashcroft (University of Leeds) and Professor Jack Henion (Cornell University and Advion Biosciences.
