Schools in the North Staffordshire region are invited to take part in the regional heats of the popular RSC "Top of the Bench" competition. The winners will be crowned North Staffordshire champions and represent the region at the National Final in the spring.
Format: Written chemistry quiz followed by a practical challenge in the fantastic labs at Keele University. Winners announced on the day.
Participants: Teams of 4 students (2 x Y9, 1 x Y10, 1 x Y11). Schools can enter multiple teams subject to capacity. Please note that students who have taken part in previous Top of the Bench heats are not eligible to compete.Registration EXTENDED until 17th November. Competition date: 26th November 2016.
