RSC Carbohydrate Group 50th Anniversary Conference

31 October - 1 November 2016, Coventry, United Kingdom


Introduction
This will feature a plenary lecture from Professor Fraser Stoddart (Northwestern, USA) and invited lectures from UK leaders including Prof. Sabine Flitsch (Manchester), Prof. Anne Dell (Imperial), Prof G. Besra (Birmingham) and many more (See webpage for complete list).
 
Registration cost will include a 3 course conference dinner, overnight accommodation in en-suite hotel rooms (on site at conference centre), Breakfast and lunch as well as all coffee/tea breaks and will take place in our dedicated Scarman House Conference centre (http://www.warwickconferences.com/venues/scarman).
The total cost for this is £110 (including all the above) 
There is free parking available for conference attendees. Alternatively the Campus is easy to access from Coventry Train station (with direct links to B’ham New Street and B’Ham Airport).
 
We have received generous support from the RSC, Biochemical Society and IBCarb Network to enable us to keep costs down. This also includes a large number of early-career (PhD/PDRA) bursaries which will cover the full costs of registration so please do encourage your groups to attend and apply. We have several slots for contributed talks and the Buchanan Memorial Award will be made for the best ECR presentation.
