Come and celebrate the arrival of ‘Spectroscopy in a Suitcase’ at Plymouth University as part of a special networking evening hosted by the Peninsula Section Committee for RSC members, teachers and local science organisations.
The Spectroscopy in a Suitcase or SIAS scheme is an unique outreach activity which gives school students the chance to learn about spectroscopy through hands-on experience. On the 12th December the Spectrometer will be used in a special demonstration as part of this networking event. Also during the evening there will be a buffet, the opportunity to see stands from different organisations including The British Science Association, STEM ambassador hub and the brand new Cornwall Science Learning Partnership.
