Promoting diversity in academic research careers

 
This programme of activities is designed to support early-career researchers who are aspiring to an independent career in academic research. The programme is named in honour of Irene Joliot-Curie, the daughter of Marie and Pierre Curie, who won a Nobel prize for Chemistry in 1935, jointly with her husband Frederic, for their pioneering work on artificial radioactivity.
