Introduction

This conference will will have a slight lean towards Academia (60%) with Industry (40%) representation. John Bows, Chair of the new IOP Physics of Food Manufacturing Group will be the key note speaker. Applicants from academic and industrial researchers as well as PhD students are invited to present oral or posters.
