Members of the Royal Society of Chemistry are invited to a social gathering event in the Old Cork Waterworks, Lee Road, Cork on Thursday 30th August at 6pm. This event is being organised so that RSC members can meet, network and learn more about RSC activities in Ireland.
A special guest talk by Prof. John Callan winner of the RSC North-South Lecturer Prize is planned as well as updates on RSC activities in Ireland.
Food and refreshments will be provided on the evening. Please email Eric Moore to register (e.moore@ucc.ie) before Friday 24th August in order for us to plan in advance the catering numbers. This is a free event and your attendance would be very much appreciated.
