Royal Society of Chemistry Tokyo International Conference 2019 (RSCTIC2019): Versatile Analytical Electrochemistry

4 September 2019 09:00 - 5 September 2019 17:30, Makuhari, Japan

Introduction
The Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) and Japan Analytical Instruments Manufacturers’ Association (JAIMA) have successfully collaborated on Royal Society of Chemistry-Tokyo International Conference (RSC-TIC) since 2011.  RSC-TIC is annually organized during Japan Analytical & Scientific Instruments Show (JASIS), which is one of the largest exhibitions of analytical and scientific instruments in the world.

RSC-TIC 2019 will focus on Versatile Analytical Electrochemistry, and will showcase a wide-variety of cutting-edge work featuring the versatility of electrochemical methods to interrogate fundamental properties of materials and to exploit charge transfer processes in the realisation of new technologies, and how these approaches are core to societal advances. This symposium will discuss the broad range of electrochemical approaches being explored for the detection and understanding of processes important in energy and biological systems. These approaches encompass nanoscale electrochemistry, biomolecular analysis and interfacial reactions. New electroanalytical strategies in characterising energy storage and energy harvesting systems, in biomedical diagnostics and in novel concepts in measurement and imaging sciences will feature.

This interdisciplinary conference also aims to offer a unique platform by bringing together scientists from different disciplines to share ideas and experiences to discuss the next generation of important analytical approaches and implications.

Please register to attend JASIS. Both JASIS and RSC-TIC 2019 are free to attend. See the links in this section.
