Introduction

We will celebrate the International Year of the Periodic Table at Sensor City in Liverpool's city centre on the evening of Thursday 27th June.  The event will comprise of a talk about Mendeleev by Dr. Mike Sutton, followed by a buffet supper & drinks, with the highlight of the evening being a pub-style quiz loosely themed on the Periodic Table.  It will be free of charge and open to all local Members.
