This 2-day course will take you through the operation of the MSD ChemStation software, covering installation, set-up and an overview of the software.
The course covers the types of tuning methods, how to create full scan and SIM methods to gain an understanding of each method type, how to analyse individual samples and create sequences for analysing multiple samples, undertake qualitative and quantitative data analysis including library searching, an introduction to macros and learn retention time locking.
You will also learn about method maintenance.
