Introduction

Antimicrobial Resistance is an increasingly serious threat to global public health, preventing the effective treatment of an ever-increasing range of infections caused by bacteria, parasites, viruses and fungi. Being a complex problem that affects all of society and is driven by many interconnected factors. Isolated interventions have limited impact.

The conference aims to bring experts from India and the UK together to discuss emerging innovations in AMR diagnostics and drug discovery, and curate new ideas in combatting this global menace.
