Enriching your chemistry teaching

12 November 2019 16:30-18:30, Winchester, United Kingdom

Introduction
The Royal Society of Chemistry and the Central South England STEM Ambassador Hub look forward to meeting you for an evening event at Winchester Science Centre. The evening will include a keynote talk from Professor David Read of Southampton University on Pedagogical Content Knowledge and an opportunity to meet the RSC South West Education Coordinators to find out more about support and resources for teaching chemistry. You will also be able to meet local STEM Ambassadors and look around the Science Centre.

The event will be suitable for teachers of GCSE and A Level chemistry; we particularly welcome newly qualified and early career teachers and teachers who do not have a specialist chemistry background.

Light refreshments will be provided and there is no charge for attending although we ask that you book places in advance. Please contact Beth Anderson if you would like more information.
