Introduction

A comprehensive, systematic and updated literature survey is a backbone for a high-quality scientific research. A scientific writing so called technical writing is a systematic knowledge gained based upon and /or derived from observation, deductions, hypotheses, results obtained from experimentation. The art of publishing good quality scientific articles comes with practice and by studying good examples and models. A range of scientific writings such as original research article, review article, short communication, synopsis, technical report, thesis, patent, monograph, book (edited book, text book and proceedings) etc. have been reported.
