The 52nd Annual General Meeting of the North East Region of the Analytical Division (NERAD) will be held at The Great Victoria Hotel in Bradford on Friday 27th March 2020.
We will discuss the events of the past year (incliding the Schools' Analyst Competition), ones we're planning for the coming year (including a talk on poisonous plants at Alnwick Gardens), and you will have an opportunity to suggest your own ideas.
We're happy to welcome both members and non-members of the Analytical Division to come along and to get involved. The AGM wil be followed by a presenation on 'The Chemistry of Curry' by Prof. Nazira Karodia (Dean of the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Wolverhampton University) and then we will change venue to a local curry restaurant (details TBC) to enjoy a meal together (included in the price of the ticket).
Please note, the finishing time of 20:00 applies to the AGM and presentation, and if you wish to attend the meal it will likely go on until 22:00.
