An Alternative Annual Dinner

Introduction
Thames Valley Local Section invite you to take part in an Alternative Annual Dinner followed by a talk by GB's Cocktail Master 2019, Cameron Attfield, via webinar.  

On offer is a fixed menu developed by and delivered to your home from "Stein's at Home":

Starter: Rick's Smoked Mackerel Pâté with sourdough bread and mixed leaves salad from Padstow Kitchen Garden with dressing

Main Course: Hake Alla Carlina - a Venetian recipe of a hake fillet with a sauce of tomatoes and capers

Desert: Sticky Toffee Pudding with Cornish clotted cream

The event programme will be:
  • food delivered during the day to your home (it comes in a cold box so just nominate a safe place for delivery if you're going to be out);
  • dinner in your home (there's a little bit of finishing off needed for the food but instructions will be provided);
  • webinar talk by Cameron Attfield after eating at 19:00 hrs

The standard box is for two people, but boxes for one can be provided just let us know when you book.  There is a cost for the dinner - £30.00 for two plus £7.95 delivery; £15.00 for one plus £7.95 delivery.
