Dr. Brian Handy is Director of the BJH Nuclear Consultancy, based in Cheshire. He obtained his BSc and PhD at the University of Leeds, with a further four year period as a Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge, and has over 40 years of experience within the nuclear industry. He is currently working at Atkins providing consultancy in the areas of accident chemistry and normal operation, and providing knowledge transfer in pressurised water reactor (PWR) chemistry. In the first of a two-part digital seminar, he explores the normal operational chemistry of PWRs.
